The APRACA FinPower Programme invites rural and microfinance stakeholders, international development partners and practitioners to an IFAD-APRACA Regional CEO Policy Forum at the Seoul Millennium Hilton Hotel on June 29, 2009. The forum focuses on the impact of the current global financial crisis on key rural and micro finance stakeholders: regulators, rural finance institutions, microfinance institutions, rural clients and support service providers.
