He is concurrently the Chairperson of WeSolve Foundation Inc. and also served as the President of ReStart Micro Enterprise Inc., a wholesale microfinance NGO that enables micro-entrepreneurs to bounce back after natural and man-made disasters in the form of financing and business development grants through its member micro finance institutions. He has spent close to 40 years in development work collaborating with business, government and civil society leaders to catalyze collective action for positive social change and sustainable development. He is a management and development consultant and advises various private sector, government and local and foreign non-government organizations that serve as platforms for nation building. He served as executive assistant to Former President Corazon C. Aquino after her presidency and as a senior adviser to Former Vice President Leni Robredo for her flagship anti poverty project Angat Buhay and now sits as President of Angat Pinas, Inc.
