Dear partners and donors of APRACA!

The new 2011 year have already come into its rights fully. Turning back we can state with confidence that results of 2010 were positive in whole for the versatile activity of APRACA. The meetings of APRACA’s General Assembly in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, and World Congress in Marrakesh, Morocco, were successful and impressive, membership in APRACA was expanded, projects, financed by the donors are performing in accordance with stipulated schedules.

In the current year we should complete FinPower program with good progress, and prepare proposals and designs for new projects to be financed by the international donor institutions. The task of exposure of new innovations in rural and agricultural financing as well as their dissemination among member institutions is very important. Efforts to attract new members in APRACA and membership geography expanding, strengthening cooperation with other regional rural and agricultural credit associations will continually be in focus of our attention. APRACA and its agencies should pay special attention to resolving of specific demands of the members in learning, consulting and training. It is necessary further develop and improve mediatory functions of APRACA for bilateral and multilateral information exchange between members on problems of mutual interest.

We express hope that extensive activity program of APRACA and its agencies for 2011 will be fulfilled with good results, and enriched with new ideas and developments. I cordially wish all the best both in business and in personal life to all our members and partners.
