The 18th General Assembly of APRACA held on May 31, 2012 in Siem Reap, Cambodia elected H.E. Mr. Pal Buy Bonnang, Assistant Governor, National Bank of Cambodia, as APRACA Chairman and , Mr. Shitangshu Kumar Sur Chowdhury, Deputy Governor, Bangladesh Bank, as APRACA Vice-Chairman, respectively. Their term of office is two years starting on June 1, 2012.

In addition, APRACA elected 13 Executive Committee Members including the CEOs and high-level Officers of Agricultural Development Bank of China, National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development of India, Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Bank Keshavarzi of Iran, Japan Finance

Corporation, National Agricultural Cooperative Federation of Korea, Nepal Rastra Bank, Agricultural Credit Policy Council of the Philippines, Bank of Ceylon, State Bank of Pakistan, Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives of Thailand, OJSCB Agro Bank of Uzbekistan, and Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development.
