Rallen O. Verdadero is a seasoned banker and development leader whose career reflects excellence, innovation, and a strong commitment to public service. An Accountancy graduate of Ateneo de Naga University, she built her career at the Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP), rising through the ranks with integrity and vision.

Her leadership gained momentum in 2015 when she became Bank Executive Officer, managing major institutional accounts of agencies such as the Social Security System, Pag-IBIG Fund, and the National Housing Authority. She also completed the Civil Service Commission’s Leadership and Management Certification Program, strengthening her expertise in governance and strategic management.

In the years that followed, she assumed key positions that modernized DBP’s services. She introduced checkless disbursement and cash card systems for government agencies, expanded the bank’s cash management portfolio, and championed digital solutions that improved efficiency and client service.

From 2019 to 2025, as Head of DBP’s Program Development and Management II Department, she oversaw the design and implementation of 12 lending programs for MSMEs and the agriculture sector. She also led digital innovations such as the Loan Payment Module, Online Loan Application platform, and e-voucher systems for agriculture subsidies. These initiatives significantly enhanced the delivery of government financial assistance nationwide.

Today, as Executive Director of the Agricultural Credit Policy Council, Ms. Verdadero brings with her a wealth of experience and a proven record of leadership. She continues to advance inclusive, innovative, and sustainable financing for small farmers, fisherfolk, and agri-fishery enterprises.
