Shri Immanuvel Ganesan is the Managing Director & CEO of NABKISAN Finance Limited and a General Manager at NABARD, with over 23 years of experience in banking and financial services. A qualified Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, Company Secretary, and Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB), he possesses extensive expertise in project finance, resource mobilisation, fund raising, financial management, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

Throughout his career, he has led key initiatives in business transformation, financial reporting, technology implementation, and institutional development, making significant contributions to strengthening sustainable and inclusive rural finance in India.
