Starting at Nepal Bangladesh Bank and later transitioning to Nepal credit & Commerce Bank in 1995, he played a pivotal role, collaborating with partners, offering guidance, and ensuring regulatory compliance until his move to Prabhu Bank. Notably, he held the CEO mantle at both Prabhu Finance and Prabhu Development Bank.
