Mr. Duong Quyet Thang, formerly Deputy General Director of Vietnam Bank for Social Policies, took over as the General Director and BOD member of Vietnam Bank for Social Policies on 1st October 2011 succeeding Madam Ha Thi Hanh. General Director Thang joined VBSP as Director of VBSP branch in 1996 and rose from the ranks until his position at the helm today. Prior to joining VBSP, he had worked with the Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (VBARD) for 9 years. With his 24 years of experience and expertise in banking, agriculture development and policy banking, we certain that VBSP will reach greater success during his leadership.
