I express my warm welcome to all the executive members as well as the accompanying delegates and observers who are attending this e-meeting and heartiest gratitude to Agricultural Development Bank of China (ADBC) for hosting the 76th edition of APRACA Executive Committee Meeting being held in hybrid mode (both virtual and physical). It’s a pleasure that some of the members could join in person and some of you joined on virtual mode which shows your commitments to APRACA.  I would like to congratulate all the APRACA member institutions and countries for making APRACA such a vibrant organization.
